Emily Ronkar doesn’t hold a Masters in Organization (it’s in Film), but as Click’s Creative Asset Manager she has become the person everyone relies on to create order out of chaos. Since joining Click during its first year of inception, Emily has evolved into a queen of multitasking who can reorganize a complex campaign timeline while watching a film at increased speed. Her combined Virgo-ISTJ nature means she’s compulsively punctual and obsessed with meeting deadlines (she has also mastered the elusive art of helping others meet their deadlines by being, as she calls it, “politely obnoxious”).
No client who has ever had Emily on their team ever wants to find out what life would be like without her. Primarily, this has entailed overseeing video asset selections for a variety of departments at Disney In-Home Entertainment. As her role has grown, however, she and her team have also taken on the selection, creation, rollout and traffic direction of all manner of assets across Click’s entire fleet of clients.
Where this would be a 24-7 gig for most mere mortals, Emily manages to balance it all with time spent running, reading, enjoying a really great glass of wine from her home state of Washington while watching the latest British film or TV export, and, above all else, snuggling with the furry ruler of her heart, her terrier Lucy.
